* RSB Editor Version 1.3b By PorkinS and JimKirk *
*************************************************

IMPORTANT:
*********************************************************************
*IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE READING IN THE BITMAPS USE PAINTSHOP PRO!*
*********************************************************************
In some cases your Program might not be able to read A BMP
That was EXPORTED from an RSB! If this is the case open it in
Paint Shop Pro and then Save it. It should then open fine in
your program. I will try to fix this in a later version!
		-Sorry

P.S. If it crashes while exporting an RSB to a BMP check the
BMP file in Paint Shop Pro, the image might still be there!

HOWTO:
RSB Editor will import RSBs, Let you view them, and Export
them as 24-bit BMP files. You can use the BMP file for
	anything you want!

To Import BMP files as RSB files. Put them in the DATA/BITMAPS
directory of Rainbow Six and refrence it in a file
(IE: in pw_m16.wpn change the .bmp file to your new .bmp file)

I removed Exporting of RSBs because it made them look
like crap. If you guys really want me to add it then send me
ONE count em, ONE E-MAIL telling me that you would like to see
it in there and I might just add it! :)

SOURCE:
I am a huge fan of the sharing of knowledge. The code is a bit
ugly now because I rushed it so that I could put it in your Hot
Little Hand. I am going to clean it up and add some
commenting, then I will release it to you guys!
*NEWS FLASH* I might not release the whole source...
If people really want the entire source E-MAIL
			me....

DISCLAIMER:
I am not responsible for any damage this program might do to your system because
of mis-use or any other thing your dumb ass can do to the program...I seriously doubt it
would damage your system..I mean, come on!
If RSE tries to sue me for helping mod authors do their thing I will just say
that I didn't program it...It must have been some other guy thats seen StarWars. That
should narrow the search down to a couple hundred million people! ;-\
